Lead Project Manager - Workspace Technology

Our Investment bank client is looking for a high calibre to join their Workspace Technology team as Project Manager in Workspace Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital workspace initiatives covering endpoints, collaboration platforms, identity, and workspace management.
  
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, define goals, and deliver user-centric solutions.
  
• Oversee project planning, timelines, risk mitigation, and resource coordination to ensure successful implementation.
  
• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows-based solutions with strong focus on security and compliance.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
  
• Monitor progress, testing, and rollout while promoting smooth adoption across users.
  
• Maintain governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace standards.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  
• About 10 years of IT experience, including 3+ years leading large technology projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of modern workplace platforms (M365, Intune, Windows, collaboration tools).
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
